New Build

On the site of a derelict commercial and residential unit, MH Costa carried out the construction and fit-out on this new build project in Hoxton, made up of two apartments, one duplex apartment and one commercial unit. The work included the creation of a new basement for the commercial unit. All whilst facing the challenge of building on a small site and being located on one of East London’s busiest roads.
