Holland Park

A landmark property in one of Holland Park's iconic garden squares, the property had been under the same family ownership for over 40 years. Due to this, the property had remained untouched, and previous works were unsympathetic to the property's history. A full transformation of the property (which had been two separate dwellings) was undertaken, with the two merging into one single-family home. All whilst bringing the history and character back into the interiors and exteriors. This included using specialists to restore some features and researching the appropriate materials to suit the dwelling.
