Paddington

This impressive former Georgian Warehouse had been previously made into residential property and studio in 2009. However, the space was not well utilised. Working with the architect’s plans, the vast open plan ground floor, which had formerly been used as an artist’s studio was turned into additional accommodation and entertainment space. Our works included retaining and improving the main feature in the property, an incredible 41ft open plan in the main living, dining and kitchen space with 4.7m vaulted ceilings.
