Our brief: the internal and external refurbishment of this impressive historic 6-storey, Grade I I listed Belgravia residence to its former grandeur and within strict adherence of Grosvenor Estates specifications.

Extensive and bespoke craftsmanship was required to restore the original features: the solid wooden staircases, extending through all 6 floors of the property, were handcrafted to the original design, as was the fabrication of the bespoke external iron railings and staircase. All internal joinery was meticulously fashioned and lacquered to a high gloss finish, in keeping with the superior quality renovations and restoration throughout.

Internally, the completely refurbished 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom property benefited from solid oak floors and carpets, a luxury high-grade kitchen and all new marble bathrooms. A cavity drainage system was installed in the basement to protect against damp, and the state-of-the-art air-conditioning and air handling system was designed and installed to ensure comfortable ambient temperature internally. Further enhancements incorporated a high-tech A/V installation and dedicated Cinema Room. In addition, a striking and spacious glazed walk-on roof terrace, adds dramatic impact and plenty of natural light to the property's dining area.

Renovations made to the property's front and rear façade completed the project.
