This new build property was located on a small site, constrained by neighbouring properties in a conservation area. As a result, to build on the site of a former small bungalow, most of the property was located underground as this allowed for increased square metre and vastly reduced the visual impact to the surrounding neighbourhood. As a result, the property has now become an iconic one-off residence in the local area.
