A virtual new build for this existing extensive 5-bedroom luxury family home situated on an exclusive Hertfordshire golf course.

The demolition of most of the fabric and infrastructure of the original building was challenging and great care had to be taken to retain the front and partial side facades. The property was given a new basement, this new space housed a unique state-of-the-art home cinema and entertainment room.

As befits such an impressive property, customised specialist windows were fitted throughout the house with porcelain tiles, bespoke doors made from solid walnut in our joinery workshop, stairs and banisters finished to impeccably high standards. New marble bathrooms of the highest design specifications, and immaculate fixtures and fittings were incorporated to complete the overall picture of elegance and sophistication.

The latest audio-visual and Lutron lighting systems were installed the project was finished to the highest quality.
