Our brief: the refurbishment and remodelling of an imposing property to create a luxurious and spacious contemporary family home.

The property underwent considerable renovation and remodelling work, including major structural changes, to significantly increase and upgrade the internal living space. A new rear extension and top floor were added, and the basement was expanded and converted to incorporate a stunning Nicholas Anthony high specification contemporary kitchen complete with bespoke Purr continuous resin flooring.

Bespoke joinery is featured throughout the property, integrated cleverly to retain the home's original character whilst blending seamlessly with modern touches of glass and contemporary art and colour.

A comprehensive state-of-the-art smart-home system controls audio-visual, blinds, mood lighting and heating / cooling. The basement included a bespoke cinema room fitted out to the very latest specification.
