A total refurbishment of this three-bedroom luxury first floor apartment. The layout was remodelled and new electrics, plumbing and air conditioning were installed. The décor was completely overhauled to a very high specification as per the interior designers Caballero. The design embraced a clever mixture of modern and contemporary style, with many bespoke features. There's herringbone flooring, antique-style panelled walls with integral mirrors and polished plaster walls. Specialist high-end joinery was created using Bird's Eye Maple, integral lighting and bronze beading. The internal doors were bespoke and designed in the Crittall style, with a specialist glass and fabric interlayer from Chelsea Artisans.
