Portobello

Located on the iconic London Street, this project was a mixed development involving renovating a flat and commercial unit. Due to the derelict condition both parts of the building were in, a complete stripping back to the 'bare bones’, just retaining the front and rear facades. There was additionally a small extension to create a new roof terrace. The design inverts the original layout with bedrooms on the first floor, with a combined living and kitchen floor on the second floor under the dramatic feature of the 'butterfly roof.
