Due to the change in demand for our client and their growing family, additional living space was desperately required. The focus of our work to provide this extra space was to create a new full size basement level, providing a new living space for daily family life and along with reconfiguring the existing ground floor, creating a more extensive Kitchen and Dining Space and a new Formal Sitting Room, and new rear extension.
